Copley Woodlands Retirement Community

Copley Woodlands is an affordable 40-unit independent living retirement community within walking distance of historic Stowe Village. The efficient plan provides each resident with 1,100 square feet of floor space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in closets, a comfortable living-dining room, a full kitchen, and private porch. Residents also enjoy a common dining room, library, and living space, as well as a large screened veranda.

Two residential wings, connected by the common areas and central reception, are situated around a spacious central courtyard. The building design adapts to the sloping site in a manner that allows easy elevator access for the senior residents to all five levels of the building.
